Ready to elevate your teaching and stay Yoga Alliance certified? As a Registered Yoga Teacher
(RYT), you’ll need 75 hours of continuing education every three years—45 hours of teaching
plus 30 hours of fresh, focused training in Yoga Alliance-approved educational categories. These
training hours are all about expanding your knowledge through new learning, whether that’s
hands-on experience, in-depth study, or the latest research. All training is offered through in-
person classes led by a qualified Continuing Education Provider, giving you a rich, immersive
learning experience to grow your skills and deepen your impact as a yoga teacher.

As an ACE Fitness Professional, you’re committed to helping your clients move better, stay safe, and reach their goals. But sometimes, movement patterns and postural issues can be complex and difficult to assess. This course offers practical, in-depth training in body alignment and kinesiology through the lens of yoga—giving you new tools to refine your eye for joint mechanics, muscular balance, and posture. You’ll learn how subtle adjustments improve biomechanics, support injury prevention, and enhance functional movement. With hands-on practice and observation, you’ll sharpen your ability to cue, assess, and correct movement patterns while integrating breath and mind-body awareness into your programming. These skills will strengthen your ability to create safe, effective, and highly personalized programs rooted in evidence-based care.
