Is your child high-energy, anxious, or easily overwhelmed?

At Flowforward, our children’s yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to support your child’s physical health, emotional well-being, and ability to manage stress—all through movement that feels fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

Our classes are perfect for children ages 7–10 and are research-informed, incorporating developmentally appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Research from institutions like Harvard University and the American Academy of Pediatrics shows that yoga and mindfulness can help children improve focus, emotional regulation, balance, and resilience—skills that support learning and overall well-being.

Each Flowforward class blends movement, imagination, and mindful moments through playful themes, games, and storytelling. Children leave class feeling energized, empowered, and calm, equipped with tools they can use to manage emotions, improve concentration, and connect with their bodies—both on and off the mat.

At Flowforward, we meet children exactly where they are and guide them forward—one breath, one movement, one confident step at a time.
